To keep things simple, clear, and fresh, we’ve set out our delivery details below.

 Delivery Areas

We currently offer shipping throughout New Zealand — both North Island and South Island, including rural zones.

 Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 2 – 5 business days (North Island)

South Island Delivery: 3 – 5 business days

Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 2 – 3 days

All parcels are tracked, and you’ll receive a notification when your order is on its way.

North Island – Urban Standard Delivery $8 

Northland – Rural Rural Delivery $10 

South Island – Urban Standard Delivery $12 

South Island – Rural Rural Delivery $15 

Chatham Islands (Remote) Special Freight Service $25 N/A

 Pickup Only Items

Some freshly baked favourites — like milk tarts, pies, burgers and nachos — are pickup only from our shop.

These cannot be couriered to ensure quality and freshness.

 Order Processing

Orders are processed daily (Mon – Thurs)

All in-stock items ship within 24 hours of payment.

Pre-order or weekend purchases are sent the next business day.
