### 🛒 Do you have a physical store?
Not yet—but our online shop is open 24/7, even if we are in a cookie coma. We deliver straight to your door across New Zealand.

### 📦 How long does shipping take?
We ship NZ-wide! Orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days. Rural areas might take a smidge longer (blame the sheep).

### 🍰 Are your treats made fresh?
Absolutely. We bake in small batches to keep things fresh, fabulous, and full of flavor. No sad, stale snacks here.

### 🧁 Can I customise an order?
Yes please! Want a box of cupcakes with your nan’s name on it? A brownie stack for your dog’s birthday? We’re into it. Just flick us a message via the [Contact Us](#) page.

### 💳 What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, —because sometimes temptation needs a little flexibility.

### 😱 My order arrived damaged/missing!
Oh no! That’s not sweet at all. Contact us ASAP and we’ll sort it faster than you can say “sticky date pudding.”

Heck yes. Our gift boxes are perfect for birthdays, breakups, bribes, or just because. You can even add a cheeky note—we won’t judge.
